All CurbGo drivers complete identity verification, licence checks, vehicle roadworthiness review, and a background screening before going live. You can see your driver's photo, rating, and trip history in the app before you get in the vehicle.
Yes. CurbGo accepts both cash and in-app card payment. You see your full fare before you book, so there are no payment surprises on arrival.
The app has a one-tap SOS feature that alerts a trusted contact with your live location. For serious emergencies it can connect to emergency services directly. All trips are logged and tracked throughout.
Download CurbGo, choose "I am a driver" during registration, and complete your verification. You will need your driver's licence, South African ID, and vehicle documents. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
